My Cot

Simon has moved out of his cradle and into his cot.

These two photos are Simon's first time in the cot.

Here are a selection of this weeks sleeping photos.

Simon ends up sleeping across the cot most of the time. In the following photo Simon has not only ended up across the cot, but also on top of his blankets.

Teeth

Simon now has two teeth. Both are very sharp.

Still the cutest!

I'm only slightly biased but here's a selection of recent photos to show why he's the cutest.

Simon has a tooth. It is very sharp, and there's another one coming up.

Not Uninterupted Sleep

Back to normal last night.

Uninterupted Sleep

We have just had our first night of uninterupted sleep. It felt really good to wake up after 7 hours straight of sleep.

We're hoping this'll continue, but Simon had his shots yesterday and he tends to be really sleepy afterwards, so it'll probably go back to normal (1-2 wakings) tonight.

My Toy Box

Simon loves his toy box. He has lots of cool toys that people have given him. The other day he was practising his sitting and was using his toy box to help him balance (he's still a bit wobbly) and proceeded to take almost every single toy out.



At least it kept him amused for almost half an hour.

Sleeping

Simon is sleeping so well at the moment. We've taken away the dummy and he's falling asleep by himself. Yay!

I still think he's cutest when he's sleeping. So here's a selection of the latest sleeping photos.


I couldn't decide whether to make him 'more comfortable' or to leave him. He woke up five minutes after I took this photo.



We miss him falling asleep on us.

A Winning Combination

Milk, Rice, Peas, Pumpkins, Pears and Milk.

Rubber Ducky, You're The One

Simon loves bath time and towel time after his bath. He also likes his ducky.

My Half Birthday

Simon is six months old today! He celebrated by eating rice cereal.

He wasn't so sure about the taste,

but persevered, and finished it all off,

and tried to have more.

My First Easter Egg

Simon got his first Easter egg. It had bright colours and it made a cool noise.



Simon liked playing with it, but was unable to eat it. Mum ate it for him so that he could taste it in his milk.
